Thursday- Hill sprints- the beast and fintrap
Friday- run- 4 miles- boxing
How is this for a training programme? Im currently in college monday, wednesday and thursday. Im doing press ups and situps etc. The circuit training programmes are here

Is this too much work? I havent really been timing my runs atm. Im hoping to try to do PRMC at christmas. Help is really appreciated thanks
