I think that whether you leave school or not is totally up to you(or up to your parents, xax) If you are asking whether the army would mind if you leave school? - well, I don't think so :D

I rather suspect the Army (or rather the recruiters) will tell you to stay in school and get some qualifications.
You can have peace.
Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.

how old are you exactly and what job do you think will suit you? Your psysical strenght have to be at high level in order to pass the selection even for junior entry.

ANYONE with any sense would tell you to stay in school and get some qualifications - even if you get into the Army (and there's no guarantee of that these days) you won't be in forever, and you'll need something to fall back on when you get out.
Take some advice from somebody who's serving.

Relax mate, no nerves required.. it is totally up to the boy and his parents. I do think that some qualifications are vital for his future and i respect your view. He can gain some qualifications throughout his serving - this will save time. I am not talking about degrees or something, but still, it could be important.

i agree that having some qualifications are good but im not stupid kid who thinks that the army is all fun and games and nothing is taken seriously  . im very much interested in the fitness and way of life etc.. but id rather join the army and make something of my self onstead of waiting around and having qualifications that are not being put into use. were i live is what you would call " Disadvantaged " iv bein waiting to get into the army for years and ill try any means neccesary to get into it.
i understand what you are saying and thanks but school is not goin to help my life if i get into the army.

I thought you can leave school as soon as youre 15/16 years old.. With or without your parents consent? I left when I was 15 and worked since I was 16.. Best choice I ever made, I dont know anybody that stayed on who has got a succesful job (yet).. These days its more down to WHO you know instead of WHAT you know :x .. I have to admit though if I could go back to school I would!

Have you applied yet? stay in school until you have passed all the tests etc mate.
