Hello. Please bear with me as I'm new here. Hope I'm posting in the right place. I wondered if anyone could provide any information about the man's uniform in my photo?
I do have better resolution version, but there's a file size limit I think.

The Cap Badge is probably Home Guard from 1940.
Uniform is all wrong as are the eps.Unless I can see a little closer I'm not too sure.Collar brass is not something I've seen.
Maybe Polish?Have a skeg through this
