medical referral

My son has just been to selection, he passed everything but he has been referred on medical grounds. He had protien in his urine, he has done another test at his GP and it was clear. The letter back to selection did not have his results and needed to be posted. My son is now worried he wont be offered the job because there was only 20 places left. Can you give me some advice or reassurance please.
