Waitng For Catterick Position (coldstream guards)

Hi all, im new to this forum and would rearly apreciate some reply to give me my hope back....

Passed ADSC 11 months ago! seems like years as i am so frustrated waiting for my intake date for catterick.
my chosen regiment is the coldstream guards.
But the question is, how long have i got to keep waiting until i have a position at catterick, i am 29 now and dont think i can wait another year, i class myself as super fit so i am ready to go ASAP!

what grade did you get at ADSC?

alot of regiments are over-manned at the moment and are only taking in the best.

Hi mate, thanks for the reply,, my grade wasnt to good to be honest, i got a C, i asked to retake my selection to improve my grade but i have to wait 2 years after ADSC,,, If i dont get to catterick at the end of the year i am considering in joining the Navy,

a grade C is going to leave you a long wait im afraid mate

i was told a grade B will leave me with at least a 6 month wait if not more, and my choice is the infantry as well
