Hey lads, thats me back on the long weekend. Feels great to have got through the first 5 weeks and get my TOS etc. If anyones wanting to know anythingabout training then just ask.

I'll be joining real soon (27th) What did you go through with 'Selection weekend' and from then on in? I'd like to know the whole training schedule (a little much i know, i mean, what you did this weekend, that fortnight and how long you had to wait between etc etc) I'd rather get it from someone who is going through it than someone in the office who may 'paint over' a few things.

lol I don’t understand what you want to know mate? I done selection in September (got a B), then started training in January.

When you get to Catterick you are pretty busy for the first 5 weeks, the first week is mainly just signing your name (thousands of times!!) and medical, kit issue etc. After the first week you start doing pt and get into the rifle lessons etc. You don’t get a lot of free time at all. Let me know exactly what you want to know and I'll type it up mate.

I meant was; You joined up, I presume you had a medical, then the Selection weekend, How long between then and catterick? Also, could you attend any TA Evenings between Selection and Phase 1?



Also, Hos did you become a VIP member?.....just curious

Sorry I took so long to reply we'v been busy the last 2 weeks.

I passed selection (you do your medical at adsc) in september and got a start date for January so about 4 month.

I didnt attend any TA evenings I just kept myself fit by going to boxing and running.
