Firstly The clue is the word Interview!!! How would you dress if the interview was for a job earning 2 million a year??? its the same thing.
Secondly I highly doubt you do your mile and a half in 9.18 if you walk a quarter of it!!!

Redo it because I have a feeling either your distance is wrong or your time is wrong.raggy17888 wrote:well thats what i got on my pre selection
Am guessing you did it on a track and have miscounted your laps.
Either that or your close to Olympic standard if you run the whole thing

Simple then slow down. Your run time will go up but at least you will be doing all of it, If you walk at ADSC you will FAIL!

Dont even consider walking during the 1.5 mile run. Like the above said. YOU will FAIL.
If you want a job in the army i suggest you wear a suit to every interview.
there is plenty of information about the interviews in this section of the forum.
But basically.. be prepared to do your ice breaker. If you cant talk about yourself for 3 minutes you will struggle.

And finally before I blow a fuse. dont look at what is the minimum I need to do and focus on giving 110%
Its very bad form to start your career by looking at what the bare minimum is that you need to do to pass.
