Hi guys how you doing, just thought i'd join the site and get to meet like minded people who are considering/or are joining the royal marines, Im not gonna ask any questions about what to expect or what training is like as I think i;ve read everything I can online but you might be able to help with one query.
The marines really appeal to me so my training is underway after a heavy xmas drinking so im not up to scratch yet but Im also considering the navy as a mine clearance diver, both physically active and tough roles and both hugely exciting. just wondered if you guys have any opinions about the roles, pro or con.
cheers
