PROAC

Post by ed_climber »

I've just got the date for my PROAC in 1 months time, I'm not unduly worried about the course as my phys is pretty high (16.1 on bleep test and about 50 press ups 60 sit ups in a min). The only thing I am concerned about is the swim test as I've never been a particularly strong swimmer. I've had a look around on the internet about the swim test and don't seem to be able to find much, if anything, about it (common to the PROAC in general I think).
Could anybody give me an idea of what is expected as far as swimming ability goes, all help is appreciated!

Not sure about PROAC mate but on PGAC it was just jump in, swim around the edge of the pool an then tread water for a minute. Pretty sure everyone on mine passed it.
