i was wondering if anyone had attend any of these classes http://www.britmilfit.com/ ? If you have did you find it good/helpful?
I am thinking about going on wednesday but would like to hear about your experiences!

As far as i'm aware there are a few members that did and highly recommend them for building up your endurance and fitness levels.

But i'm pretty sure they are away training or in basic already and do visit occasionally.

I am in instructor in sheffield.

The classes are good ( I would say that).

They are based as closely to military style PT as we can get them. Obviousley the way participants are encouraged is slightly more friendly. The good thing is the variety of exercises - they provide a good overall fitness, rather than just concentrating on running - as many people do.

The 1st sesh is free, so it is worth having a look. Make sure you grab a green bib, though. It is important to push your body to it's limits.

Its £25 for one class a week and £32 for unlimited. We have 4 different sessions a week in Sheffield.

You can buy blocks of training too but it works out well expensive.
