You cant blame innocent people for the Taliban!

War will always have casualties, these are the very sad facts. However every soldier who signs up knows what they are getting involved with, and would not do it if they didn't want to. Its what they WANT to do, in most occasions you will find - it is what they have been trained to do.

Blind patriotism is dangerous. Government exists to serve the people, not the other way around. It is our duty and right to question decisions that will adversely affect our lives. The pervasive nature of big money gives all of us the right to be inherently suspicious.

Love your country but always question your government.

Lack of patriotism is even more dangerous. The teaching of a countries history, good and bad points, gives a child some idea of where it is coming from.No history equals no roots,a situation that suits a government that wishes to push its people in a direction they may not want to go,and which may not be in their best interests. As the man said, question your governments every move, trust none of them to be honest in their dealings.
