Anyone with extra application form?
This is a big favour to ask I know but if any of you lot have an extra application form would you be willing to post it to me? I've filled mine in wrong (stupid mistakes) and phoned my AFCO for a new one but it takes like 3 months for me to actually get it. Ive been asking round my mates but none are interested in the army so don't have the pack. Any help at all appreciated here.

Forward thinking - I asked for 2 when I was given mine, just in case, and even then I completed it in pencil first!
You should just be able to go into the AFCO and get another one (or two?), no reason why you'd have to wait 3 months!

The AFCO doesnt send out the information packs, its comes from a civvy company!!!Chris46 wrote:Yeh great idea I'll head up and get one never thought of that.
