1.5 mile run time for the aac

does anyone have a clue what the 1.5 run time is for the aac? Ive been doing it in 9.56 also push ups and press ups is it 60 in 2 mins? cheers.

I think its only the paras that demand 9.18 run time, as long as you're running under 10.30 that should be fine for every other regiment and corps.
the press ups and sit ups are 44 and 50 in 2 minutes.

cool how did you find it, i was proper nearvous before mine but it went really good lol

Me too i was very very nervous my stomach was in such a knot, but as soon as the recruiter walked me into the test room i calmed down and it went really well, i have my first interview in a week and a half

your at the same stage as me mate but you have your adsc 2 month after me i dont know why yours is so late
