ok so ive been in the army a year and at the moment im very stressed its making me ill, i dont go out anymore i feel down constantly and regret everyday that i ever joined, i hope its just a bad patch becuase i dont want it to be like this for the next 3 years!

Was a lurker for a while.
Been on ops twice in 3 years and didnt have a loptop for a while

Go see the Doc, it wont get you out but talking to a professional rather than someone on a Forum might help.
