AFC. INFO PLEASE

Post by Nealbei »

I am am currently waiting for careers to get back to me for BARB date. I want to go harrogate and i am unsure on somethings.

How fast do i need to complete the mile and half? currently doing it in 10 minutes(with a hill). Is it differant for differant cap badges, despite junior entry?
At selection is there a minimum push up, sit up and pull up count? If so what is it.

Thanks

The Run time for Junior Entry Harrogate is 14 minutes so your well under your time, you need to do the run on the flat to confirm.

There is no set limit for Press ups and sit ups but you should be aiming for around the 50 mark for each, pull ups aslong as you can do 1 you should be ok.
Get in touch with your AFCO/ACIO and get your Barb done. you should have done it when you handed your Application form in???
There is a set procedure for ALL AFCO/ACIO
