Hi Im hoping to join as a squipper and am at the stage of waiting for the results of my medical. I have 1 question, will the raf teach me to swim because i can only just swim im very poor at it. (feel free to slag me)

i dont know wether theyll teach you to swim, why dont you go down to your local swimming pool and take it upon yourself to learn to swim?

Yeah go and get a few basic lessons to improve you're basic swimming skills.
It's just your technique that needs work. :D

hey mate,
im appauling at swimming. arms hangout after a few lengths but only down to my technique being poor. i dont swim enough. but its not something that worrys me.

but if it worries you then, advise you to swim. also i have a mate who is a squipper.
