Military customer service system

I am persevering on a solution with seems to be fine for military communication and phone systems. It should be part of customer service system and NI 14 (National Indicator 14 by the gov).

I've already checked a company for the purpose - UK group of companies named "Calcom".

Would like to get comments - anyone thinks it could be work? I could sell it to the military?
