Saw the website it's off, forget the nationality but iirc it was either American or Indian.
The gun's called T-Rex, I forget the insanely high calibre but suffice to say it would make an elephant gun feel 'inadequate'
The source of the video are a bunch of *ehem* not so smart people with no clue as to what they are doing modifying guns to high calibres and stupid rates of fire.

Excellent work with the new equipiment trials Abdul, though the all terrain hillclimbing donkey cart needs some more thought.
Your next weapons trial is to be the section mortar fired from the hip, it'll be fine, just brace yourself, I'm sure you've had to do that in the past.
