Basic Skills Test

How come I did'nt have a Basic Skills Test??? Because it looks like evryone else on here has, When I went to the AFCO he did'nt even mention a Basic Skills Test. All he said was that I will have to take a BARB test. Which I have now done. Anybody know why I did'nt have to take a Basic Skills test. Is it because I have'nt finished school yet?
