PASSED MEDICAL PGAC NEXT

Post by rm4392 »

Hey all passed my medical yesterday been told my pgac is in febuary (no exact dates yet)
if any one can post a fitness plan for me id be gratefull:
At the moment im:

#Running 3 miles in 24.08mins
#35 press ups in a minute
#more than enough sit ups
#have not done bleep test but talked to gym manager who is letting me do bleep tests every monday (free, nice bloke)

Ive been told by the medical bloke that i should stop doing weights till i lose my body fat.... any one agree on this as i still want to build my strength up???

Speak to somebody at the gym about the weights mate. The right kind of weight training metabolises more fat than any other type of exercise. This would be a happy medium.
