hey up felas! I hav Rifles down as my second option and av my interview soon! Was wonderin wot the run time and heaves required are at adsc incase i get askd! Cheers

All infantry is 12:45, paras is 9.18.

Heaves is best effort, static lift is best effort, dynamic lift is 55kg, jerry can is 150m, the excercise where as you push back with your shoulders using your hips is best effort. Most important is team tasks, get stuck in.
