Its all a mad rush up there mate, its very rare you get 5 mins to chill out lol! Back from drill and its 5 mins to get ready for PT, iron your shorts, fill water bottle.. its madness mate.
When i was there we were in the old accomadation (burton block) we payed less for it every month cause it was a shell!! You guys will probably get the nice new flush ones lucky buggers haha.!

I am recruits worst nightmare when it comes too women around here, all the local pubs/clubs around including Catterick, Richmond and Darlington either i work or have worked or my civvie mates work in them and if recruits are caught in there then they are quickly ejected.

And why do most of them when they are refused entry all say the same thing " we fight for you and this country" when they have done about 2 months in the Army.

I agree that's a complete idiot attitude to have at any time, i wouldn't say that even after a 1st tour of duty.. thumbs up that im not much of a drinker too lol.

It's understandable that the PTI's and Instructors would like time away from new recruits, I can see them being wound like a tight spring at the end of the day lol.. I'm going to do my best to get as much as i an right first time to save me hassle and more so the instructors.
