Will i be rejected because of my past?

I've just sent off my application form to join up and i'm terrified i'll get rejected because i went through a bad time.. depression and medication etc. I haven't seen the doctor in months, and i don't take medication anymore.
Will i be rejected?!

There is a time limit on it, 5 years or something like that...it's been asked many a time, so have a search around. But it is an outright no-go until you're outside that 'risk' timeframe.
