Alright fellas, Been trawling through this site for a while now and finally got round to registering. First off i want to say this site is the nuts as far as quality info regarding general fitness goes...its really helped me out so far :D. Right then, Im currently going through the application process for the RM and ive got my PJFT comeng up on January the 5th, im not worried about it as i can nail the 3miler on the road in 20.54, i know this isnt a fantastic time tho so any more training i can do to bring my time down before my PJFT and with abit of luck my PRMC would really help me out. Fartlek and Interval training seems to be recommended alot but what kind of distances should i be running using these method and how often?
Any and all help would be appreciated lads
