Training Regime Help

Post by Karlos »

Hey, So i am new to this forum but i have been looking at it for many months now. Just inquiring some help for my training regime. So at the moment i am running 3 mile three times a week and after i have run i do press ups (would like some instruction on how to do a marine press up please) Lunges, sit ups, squats, and i need to get a pull up bar. Any suggestion how i can improve it please.

Thanks Karl.

Hello mate, press ups have been covered umpteen thousand times around here.

However, here's a PTI doing them:

Keep your hands shoulder-width apart & keep your elbows tucked into your sides.

Check the Royal Marines website for a pre-PRMC fitness guide as well as demos of correct technique for the exercises.

Oh, do a search for trg programs, as there are loads of topics on them.

Welcome, too.

My advice is go and join a good local circuit training class. The other people there will push you on. Don't stay still though constantly jog on the spot like you will on PRMC.
