Ok to make my post clearer for some people

Train five days a week with a short run on the sixth day and a full day off on the seventh

However once you have got your body into a rythmn of training,IF you drop training for a long period, then the rule of thumb is ever day you take off will require two days to return to that level of fitness

Im not talking about a weekend or a couple of days, this thread was about a years worth of training.

As for being the dumbest thing ever, please consider the thread title before getting all Pedantic

It went like this, this time anyway - Arrive, warm-up, 1.5m run, pressups max 2min, situps max 2min and home. Lasted an hour if not a bit more, definetly worth going mind.
Is this something that you can go to each week? My AFCO are sending me on this before they send me to ADSC and I have to pass before I can go.

Yes, for me it is every Thursday. Most people will go until intake but it is optional - your recruiter will probaly prefer you to come mind.
