fitness training for a year?
Ok to make my post clearer for some people
Train five days a week with a short run on the sixth day and a full day off on the seventh
However once you have got your body into a rythmn of training,IF you drop training for a long period, then the rule of thumb is ever day you take off will require two days to return to that level of fitness
Im not talking about a weekend or a couple of days, this thread was about a years worth of training.
As for being the dumbest thing ever, please consider the thread title before getting all Pedantic

Is this something that you can go to each week? My AFCO are sending me on this before they send me to ADSC and I have to pass before I can go.just_me wrote:Went to this thing today, wasn't a club but an assesment. Still very well organised and something I will return to. It went like this, this time anyway - Arrive, warm-up, 1.5m run, pressups max 2min, situps max 2min and home. Lasted an hour if not a bit more, definetly worth going mind.
