I used to run with me Sony Walkman clipped to me shorts playing such wonderful stuff as "A life on the Ocean wave", "Steady Boys Steady", "Heart of Oak", "Col Bogey" etc, etc, etc..............
Don't think I ever ran with music playing in me lugholes in truth. I'd rather have a chat with the bloke I was running with come to think about it. But if I was running on my tod I'd take the time to have a skegg at what I was running past. A brisk run along a crowded beach front in the summer could be very intresting indeed!!!
Sometimes I would get back to barracks, have a quick dhoby, wack on my Dessie Wellies, T Shirt and Wrangler jeans and return to a particularly interesting spot and have a chat with the Item I'd clocked whilst running and ask her if she fancied coming out for a wet with me.

also must add hard trance all the way!!

side note some good bits of software to have are ‘’down load helper’’ (fire fox add-on) and ‘’moyea you tube converter’’ (I think its freeware but might be a torrent I’m not sure) can get most songs and put them in almost any format with these two tools.
