Hope this isn't a stupid question...Me and a couple of mates are up for the race, and I've downloaded the runners training plan.
Anyone know what they mean by a stretching session (week 3)?
I generally incorporate stretches into my runs already. Is it simply whole body stretches (which normally take me about 5 minutes) or something more strenuous?
