Anybody been watching this is it's on national geographic channel every tuesday at 9pm I watched the first one today was very good next episode looks better though just thought Id let you all know.

Recorded it on the old sky plus,.. set a series link on it.

Thought it was really good.

Don't know if UKSF do it but thought the "Hares and Hounds" was a really good test. Basically exactly like the game, a member of DS starts running and at a given time later the recruits are sent after him..

Also the "Operation Von Hempski" (must be named after a former member) was a real sickener. Would not like to do that!!

24 hours on a given bearing, keep going no matter whats in the way.

Oh yeah, with loads of bergen weight, a weapon and a 44lb jerry can each. And a spare jerry can that everyone had to carry at some point. (so 2 jerry cans at once!)..

Looking forward to next weeks.

Searched youtube for link however unable to find..

Couldn't find it on peekvid or the national Geographic channel website (uk version) either!!

Plenty crap about air craft investigatin etc but not this prog.

Sounds interesting, I'm sure there will be a repeat at some point before next week won't there? Digital TV channels usually do nothing but recycle stuff they have shown ten times before.... *cough* FILMFOUR *cough*.

It'll most definately be recycled at some point, probly very soon I would imagine..

I think it was repeate on WEdnesday, but I'm not sure..

This series was called 'NZSAS First Among Equals' in New Zealand. It's on youtube under this heading.
