Training programme (AGAIN!)

Post by commandocrazy »

Hi everyone I haven't posted here for a while as I have been concentrating on my exams and leaving school etcetera. I now have a part time job which I will keep until I Apply for the Royal Marines. I used to train alot but I want to change everything and get a better training programme. Before I wasn't doing any interval training or hill sprints or cycling. I know these were great but never really had time to use them now I have got alot more time on my hands I intend to use it on all the training I can (not over training and take rest days I know) I was also just wondering would you do your interval and hill sprints whilst doing your runs? or do them both on separate days or do interval on one day and hill sprints on another? (sorry if thats a little confusing) Also I am going to keep following the royal marines body exercises how many times a day should I do this circuit? Also running when you say run for time ow long should I start off running for? Also when I go cycling how far and what intensity should I go at? And swimming how long should should I swim for and should I just go all out or one lap slow next fast and repeat? And when I go on the weights should I Just put it on low weight and do as many reps as I can in one set? And last how many rest days should I take a week?

Thanks for reading this hope you can answer my questions really appreciated.
