Anyone know any good songs to work out to? Because I find it really hard to keep focused when I work out

Personally enjoy either a bit of trance or northern soul (there’s a mix for you! :o )

Just enjoy running to the up beat rhythm of northern soul... fly round the course with a spring in me step :P or when it starts to hurt on a longer run, whip on the fast adrenaline filling trance and of you go.

It took me a little while to dig that out from the graveyard so I hope you make the best of it.

I was at an 18th Party and the DJ put that on at about 11:30, everyones been there since 7, had a few and it went wild.

"Come on sing it now!..."

Should have been at my 50th, October 2006! :D

Somewhere on this forum are pics of Greenronnie and Artist with their arses out, me with other bits out :o and my neice giving it seven bells horizontal on the dance floor.

Meanwhile, my son and his mates are semi-naked, dancing on chairs!

Talk about a workout! :P :P :P

And I was sick in my handbag on the way home!

Class night!

Try listening to Fear Factory's Linchpin off Digimortal, it's a good album and should get your adrenaline pumping.

I've also got a remix of Wu-Tang Clans "Ain't Nothin'" feat Rage Against the Machine which I downloaded off Limewire which is really good.

Or just get a Slipknot album, anything like that will get you wanting to smash some heads
