passed adsc on feb 13!! need advice

I passed selection for the regiment with everything okay 20 pull ups 8.53 run time static lift was 115kg but the only thing he said was that I need more agression, any advice on getting more controlled agression?

I think you'll be fine mate, lol! Milling will soon put some aggresion in you
