Can we not have a sticky or the equivlent of Arrsepedia so we can all throw our feet up, cup of coffee in hand, and laugh at these knobbers when bored?

Personally I saved myself from a fail by murdering the gym tests by over-preparing for the pressups, situps and pullups (you are absolutely thrashed before you even begin the bleep test!)

I found bottomfield and the endurance course an absolute nightmare though, as most if not all the POC is about cardio fitness.

Make sure your legs are strong for the heavy logs and the fireman's carry.
