Please ignore me, sonne. Top info from you mate. 8) I respect your knowledge, despite your use of the word "holistic"
ho·lis·tic Audio pronunciation of "holistic" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (h-lstk)
adj.

1. Of or relating to holism.
2.
1. Emphasizing the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts.
2. Concerned with wholes rather than analysis or separation into parts: holistic medicine; holistic ecology.

I know this is an old thread but I came across this site a while ago and thought it might interest some people training for PRMC/POC. www.navyseals.com sets out a crossfit workout each day that is geared towards preparing potential recruits for BUD/S selection(SEAL training). The site is run by ex-SEALS and is a good source of training ideas which will prove to be useful to the potential royal!

anyway thats my two cents, just thought it might help some lads out!
