how2become

Post by misterpurple »

Bought one the other day. Biggest waste of money I've ever seen. The magical 126-page guide to 'getting in the Royal Marines' is actually on the CD , so you have to read it on your computer. S#@t!

Absolutely not worth the £15 you'll pay for it. There's much more information on here, and what's more its more accurate

(Just warning anyone thinking of buying it. Don't. It's rubbish )

Unlucky mate, I too brought this (before coming across this site) and even then was very disappointed... defiantly not worth more than a quid.

The t-shirt I got with it does a job for running though...

This wouldn't have happened if you'd used the search button!
I did

 Thought I might at least get a 126 page book i could read without having to turn the computer on.

And I didn't even get a t-shirt

Sod all, cheep blue t-shirt with the label cut out... like I said does a job though :o

I actually got lucky with this company though, sent of for my first CD, it came but was in fact a how to become a vet CD! So sent a email and got the correct disk sent for, both came with a free t-shirt and the second on also had a bleep test CD with it as a sorry for sending the wrong CD kind of thing.

So ...

2 t-shirts
how to become a vet
how to become a royal marine commando
Bleep test

Still only just worth the tenner I spent...

Haha Stokey.

Has anyone else noticed that the PRMC diary is daveb's?? They're making money just by going around the internet and selling stuff other people have written.

This "How2become" lot have been mentioned before. Leave it well alone chaps. The only way your going to become a Bootneck is to go to CTCRM and do it yourself. It's what in your head that gets you though training.

If you give them a tenner so be it, it's a tenner wasted.

Haha I did that too! I printed off the info to read and after much editing it is almost readable. The info is pretty useful.

Hmm and the bleep test is pretty good, anyone know if this is the test they use at PRMC? As it is the 20m one

Daniel.
