Small Steps...

Post by derson »

Well, I've just got back from my local AFCO and have my interview/tests this coming Tuesday :)

I'm somewhat excited, and it's only the initial interview.

*fingers crossed*

It's not the end of the world, and remember, you can always try again. Did they say why they didn't like you?

Not sure why they said no, I think it they just sent me a standard rejection letter... that said, they didn't keep me waiting; I only went for the interview on Wednesday just gone.

I thought the interview went pretty good; I did all the necessary revision about the RAF and the Regt, it was probably one of the best interviews I've had.

I might give the AFCO a call on Monday, see if they can give me any info but I doubt they will be able to.

Well now I'm just confused.

I called the AFCO this morning only to find out that I'm 'not suitable for service' or something, which he basically said means I can never apply again. :o :-?

They have given me an address to write to, see if they can give me any information.

Never apply again? :o I thought you can have two chances or is that just for the PGAC? Well didn't they ask you if you were interested in any other RAF jobs?
