Its hard mate but as long as you dont give up youll be fine. Bottom field in my opinion is the hardest thing but just keep going. Its a good laugh there aswell, im on Rt with some lads from my PRMC whats gunna be ace.

Did alot of differant runs, 6 milers, 3 milers and did alot of hill work (i live in a vally). Only ran 3 times per week (mon, wed, fri) and did circuits on the other days (tues, thurs, sat). Before i did the circuits id do my max press ups and sit ups aswell. Didnt set it in stone though id sometimes change a circuit for a weights session or do some cross training at gym instead of a run. Think your ready for PRMC yet?

Dan,All I'm sure of right now are falling standards.
Artiste,Doc and I all agree that grammar is an important part to making your way in the world.
Just look at the number of"Old and Bold"who have left here thoroughly disgusted by the misuse of the English language.
JR,Owdun,Tab,Andy,I could go on.
Do you see my point?
They were all RM(Well except Tab who preferred to fall out of the sky).
Anyway,
The"Three Degrees"Will maintain the standards of this forum.

I did the 'Beast' and 'Rifleman Pryamid' a fair few times.

'Beast' http://www.mfat.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... ll+sprints

'Pryamid' http://www.mfat.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... sc&start=0

Apart from that id just include differant types of press ups, sit ups, crunchs, burpees, squats etc. Id do alot of upper body exercises to failure such as diamond press ups. So next workout ill try and beat my previous workout, good for motivation i supose.

Ive started doing the following 2 circuits aswell, the first one is a good killer if you put 110% in and always go to failure.
