Mate of mine got sent on an RMAD. Think it was because the AFCO didn't think he'd done his research well enough...

Its compulsary in Birmingham, they wont let you down to do a PRMC unless you've done a RMAD. Il be doing an RMAD aswell. I think its a really good idea to see where your at with fitness etc. Also better to fail an RMAD and wait one month for the next one rather than fail a PRMC and have to wait 6 months.

(well not better to fail, but you know what i mean)

Yeah, my recruiter said right from the start that il have to do one. Not sure about other applicants from Birmingham but it looks like it. Basicaly its the first day of a PRMC, 3 miler, bleep test and gym test 1.

I was wrong i think, its not compulsary eagleeye but the way he was telling me the application process worked it sounded like it. Also its not a pass or fail, its for them to see where you are with fitness and they could say come back next month or they can say give it 6 months and get much fitter. Anyway im doing the RMAD on this day aswel will. See you there mate.
