Im ringing up on Monday to book my date. Unfortunately I wont be doing PRMC that soon though. Also, the Corporal wants to see how fit i am before they send me down for a PRMC, they want to make sure im ready.

When the time comes, i'll be ready.

Cheers mate. :D
I had an operation on both legs to correct the chronic compartment syndrome i had. I had to wait a year after the operation before i could get through so they said. Im glad its all worked out though, if they would have said no, i probably would have thrown myself out the window. While holding onto the doctor of course :P

Thanks, im sure you'll blast the PJFT and move onto the PRMC. PJFT is 10mins maximum of effort. So if you do it in 7-8mins - whats 7 or 8 mins of work on a treadmil in your day? Nothing. Just charge it. 8)

Right, im off to get my dinner, do the 3 S's and get into town with my team to watch England against the Springbox.

All the best everyone.
