Eyesight and RMR?

Are you allowed to join RMR if you need to wear glasses?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but yes you can join, however you need 6/36 unaided vision. Which I think is the second or third line down on the eye test chart. With your glasses I think you need to read the second from bottom line. Not sure about that bit though.

I passed the medical and I wore contacts for training.

In case you dont, try getting day/night lenses- it will make your weekends a lot easier.
I also brought some refresher eye drops in my jacket pocket too- just in case mud got in them-the drops would flush anything out.
