ahhh wen i did it i was hangin out you wont belive!!! i used to smoke 20 fags a day, and did a few runs here and their. I was in swansea doing my test and i had my ipod on lol its funny. I started running at 14.5 and i think thats jst a scrap pass then i edged it up and down ha. Got to 9 mins n ahh the pain i was swetting my tits off bt i hung in their! the ipod fell off and flew accross the room and the instructor went chaseing lol. I eventually did it in a crap time like 10.10 but still if i could do it with my poor fitness at the time then any1 in the world could BELIVE. Any questions on how shit i was please ask!!

My instructor said it has to be 15 km/h all the way but i was putting it up each minute little by little to get my time, I found it really easy but I was training alot for it though and I was making sure my time was sub 9:30.

Also I thought the time limit is 10 minutes and hearne you did it in 10:10????

It has to be done in somthing like 10:45 and the min you can put your tread mill on is 14.2 but you will just do it in the time given!! They told me tho the better your score from your pjft the better they look at you down on your prmc!!

i goign to ask the guy if i can have a "free" pratice run on the treatmill before PJFT, sinse i only ran on one aggges ago.

hopefuly he let me have a free test on one before real test, sinse i much prefer road running sinse you can slow down then speed one much faster than pressing a butten like Mr spam-a-lot then pressing a load more to speed back up.

also find doing sprints on road good while i think doing them on tread wil be hard

My treadmill running is gash and I have no idea why!

I can do a 1.5 miler in 8:21, ran it in boots in training in sub 9 mins but stick me on a treadmill and I struggle to clear 11 mins

Been doing it after every strength session currently so hopefully by the time of PJFT I'll be nice and fresh and used to it

Remember the 24 min programs the treadmills at CTC had Fodd? I used to scrape a level 4 on those and that was poor.

No.1 treadmill biff here! :D

Its weird, some people find it harder some find it easier. Personally i fcuking hate running on ground and i find treadmill running alot easier. Just depends on what your used to. My PJFTs tommorrow in bloody london, so ive got to trek it up to holborn. Looking foward to it though!
