No my uncle was a l/cpl in 3 para, so i constantly get it in the neck both because of joining the marines and because i am joining as an officer!

I went, was in block A. Directly on the right as you look straight at the royals from the Falklands map.

Was an awsome day, very much enjoyed it. I think it was handled well, but some of the music .. did'nt seem inline with the vocals :-?

Other then that, deffinately a brilliant day, and I know my Dad, and other Vets enjoyed it.

Where about were you lads then?

Was in A block row 4. Absolutely awesome day and yeah i agree batess but i think it was the speakers that were causing a delay in the music making people sound out of time. To be honest, military bands are loud enough and you definitely don't need speakers but hey...
Ended up going to Wetherspoons just round the corner from the arches, then to the Old Shades just opposite, then off to the Wellington next to the Union Jack club and then the UJ club itself. I did get a lot of stick from the Para vets but managed to swap my tie for the blue limited edition Falklands 2 para tie from a very drunk jock ex para! I was told "Don't wear it like a w*nker, wear it with pride!". Good thing i didn't tell him i am a potential RM officer! haha
So i was mingling with lots of ex paras and was in the company of at least three ex SAS guys! What a night...

I was in Block N . Was awesome day made you proud to be british. Met some of dads mates one of which in his time was a rite "Jack the Lad" now he has an MBE. How does that work :o . I was at lancaster house. Was good night free beer and sum fit lasses. My mum and little brother went home after parade so me and dad were smashed ended up walking from marble arch to bayswater. due to missing the tube and running out of money. Was a rite yomp.

Anybody esle go lancaster house?

I was on the same coach as tom and the b*stard coach driver took us to lancaster gate on the other side of town
what followed was a coach full of bootnecks being let loose in hyde park in our blues trying to find the free booze and scran

Got back the the coach and was told its too late and had to go straight back to plymouth...threaders.

Batess i think it was 16 though 11 rings a bell! I think block A must have been filled with para wives because they didn't half get a cheer when they marched past!

Tomarto, were you in front of the arches? It's just that the plan of the muster in the program was a bit wrong and it doesn't say which commando was where.
