First off I'm sure the post is a great help to new and old members of the site alike. I did help a little, but the idea and majority of the stuff is Stokey's and so he deserves a lot of credit :D

And secondly just something to add to the post (well emphasise from the post really), boredom is the key to failure, especially for the young uns. If you aren't enjoying training then take a look at what you're doing and mix it up. Always try different ideas and constantly change each workout.

And yeah Mitch, my sister came off the bus today saying exactly the same thing, and she revises every spare minute of the day. So I'm sure you'll be alright, there's a lot in the same boat as you!

I'm glad i wasn't the only one that struggled!

Yeah i was genuinely asking about the isotonic drink but the subject was in the exam! I found one of these drinks on the fighting fit cd i have.
