Tue Endurance course
Simulated firing range

Five-a-side Football/ Swimming

Wed Climbing wall

Five-a-side Football/ Swimming

Thr Move to Woodbury Common
Field craft skills
Return CTC Swimming Circuit (gym)
3 mile run
Five-a-side Football/ Swimming

Fri Clean and return accommodation and stores

Their paying for my travel which is awesome because I'm skint at the moment, also we get to watch the lads do their PRMC which i think its a tuesday or wednesday not sure. Too bad it wasn't a week earlier you would've seen our prmc in action, a site to behold 8)

In seriousness, how much the guys on the course are hanging out might be worrying but remember it's very different watching and participating, when you get to your prmc you'll enjoy the rush of being pushed so far as much as you'll dislike being in so much pain

Yeah i did one of these last year, it was really good fun, be prepared for them to juggle stuff around though because we ended up not doing the DCCT range and did the Endurance course instead (much better :D).

I have a number you can ring its direct to a Warrant Officer in Lympstone who deals with this course, Im not sure if i can give the number just like that on an open forum, but if you want the number you can PM me and i will give it to you or you can go to your nearest Career office, Im sure they can sort it our for you, and I dont think its too late to get on the 11th june course. Im a little worried about my fitness even though i shouldnt be as its not the real deal like PRMC but I should be fine and I know I will enjoy it.
