Reasons for failure on POC

Post by kevin916 »

Anybody know what areas people mainly fail on on their POC. Ie. Added fitness requirements, leadership, essay writing?

People tend to either fail on fitness or if the training team think you aren't mature enough. Your leadership skills and decision making ability are explored and if they're not strong enough or they think your not experienced enough you wont pass. Good luck next week Jiml_mix_it, you goin for this September's batch?

I failed because my heart wasn't really in it, just went down the career office asap afterwards.
