I still have a few years before I'm off to PRMC and hopefully RT but I was just wondering what you need to take to either of the above. The list of requirements.

If someone has a list they can copy onto here or if the can photocopy it (fax even) then please do - greatly appreciated.

Why would you want to know if your not going for a few years?
