attending holding troop for the first time on tuesday just wondering what i need to take with me, i have been advised by a pal to take:

pen
paper
phys kit: shorts, trainers, socks, t-shirt, can i take a sleeveless sports vest?
folder

anything else i need?

Don't forget your shower kit! Not sure if it's the same in other dets but we usually have a lecture after each session, don't wanna be sat there sweating like a monster having not had a shower!

As far as a sleeveless sports vest goes, I'm sure that'll be fine.
