Well considering its well known they've been after the two new carriers for ages I wouldn't say that. The plans are not finalised however but what has been quoted that the Sun has said is just whats available on the Navy website.
Defence News say this however, perhaps aimed at this article, although not reading the Sun I don't know what that article did say
