Both of the pairs you've linked to are decent quality boots.
Don't buy boots by mail order though, especially if you're planning on using them a lot. Try them on at the shop first, and see how they feel.
Do they have to be military boots?
If they're for hillwalking, there is a massive choice of civvy boots which can often be found very cheaply (I got a new pair of Karrimors for 50 quid the other week).
Find a pair with the features you want (goretex, Vibram sole, and so on), that fit you comfortably, and that you can afford, and you're away!
It's all up to you, so choose wisely and your feet will thank you for it!

boots for tabbing/hill walking...
Go to your local outdoor shop as T_T said and try on loads of pairs, a good outdoor shop won't mind this, many now have mocked up different terrains inside to test walking over.
Choose the pair that feels the comfiest right then, forget all the 'oh these may break in' rubbish, yes they'll get more comfortable but if a boots uncomfortable when you try it its unlikely/impossible that you'll ever be able to get it as confortable as starting with a pair which felt allright to begain with. If it starts comfy, think how much comfier they'll feel broken in.
Don't be swayed into thinking the most expensive boots are best, least expensive are the worst. Obviously theres an element of truth in the more you pay the more you get, but its not always true the best boot for you will be the most expensive.
