Really hard. I personally found the sprints at the end of gym test 2 harder than the determination test on bottom field

was doing a Look At Life Course got my PRMC in 2 weeks 20th

well done mate on passing how fast did you do the 3 miler i did it in 17.29 min came 2nd sucked at press ups though only 37. 11 pulls, 74 sits and 10.8 on the bleep

got round the assault course in 3.20 so that was good

Good effort Paul, i was down on prmc last week, i'd say the end of gym test 2 was the biggest hangout...

70 press ups
70 sit ups
6 pull ups
8.57 on 1.5 mile return leg of run- 3rd
11.6 on bleep test. Thought i had 12.1 as thats when i stopped.
assault course- 3.23
